me too. what exactly is anti-v made of/supposed to do?

It’s a bunch of crazy mushroom extracts (Lomatium, Astragalus, Reishi) and echinacea plus licorice for some reason.

I was going to take Wellness Formula to fight off whatever itch was in my throat, but the first ones I bought had gelatin (capsules) so I had to go back and buy the tablet ones. And then I found out I could return the gelatin ones (even though I already opened the container) so I did that. And then my cashier was vegan, and I was talking to her about it, and she told me that Wellness Formula has propolis, which comes from bees. And she recommended Anti-V even though employees aren’t supposed to make recommendations. (Shh). So I returned the tablet Wellness Formula and bought Anti-V.

Anyway. I was taking it because I felt like I was getting sick. And it worked. I was waking up with sore-ish throats and sniffley noses and it didn’t really get beyond that. I couldn’t risk getting sick so it was worth the $20 I spent.

Really, you’re supposed to take Anti-V and Wellness Formula or whatever every day, just in decreased doses, for… “regular immune support”. At least, that’s what the bottle says. But I’ve been bad about that. And I’m kind of saving it for when I really need it.

Thank you, Elissa. That makes sense.
